Art Waves Gallery (2005 - 2008) in the outer Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco, just blocks from the beach, was able to provide Bay Area artists
with a place to rent space, show a body of their work, host their receptions,
and not pay a commission fee to the gallery. For several of these artists this
was their first public art experience / exposure.
Two years later in 2010, Art WaVeS began again - as a virtual gallery
on the internet, and with a special event held at FOGBELT STUDIO,
a Summer Art Salon, "10 ARTIST- 100 WORKS".
In the summer of 2011, twelve artists presented their "in a dream" works
at the second Summer Art Salon held at FOGBELT STUDIO.
